  5. Monitor and track ongoing M&A activity and provide regular updates to management.

  7. Assist in the negotiation and execution of M&A deals, including drafting of transaction documents.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the M&A process.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, including investment banks, legal advisors, and target companies.
  10. Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the M&A function.
  11. Stay informed on global economic and political developments that may impact M&A activity.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in M&A and corporate finance.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information related to potential and ongoing M&A transactions.
