  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance data to assess risk and make informed recommendations for pricing and product development.

  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a key member of the organization's leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Actuarial Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Actuarial Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Pricing.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Actuaries, Providing Guidance And Support In Achieving Company Goals And Objectives.

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated Ability To Think Strategically And Utilize Analytical Skills To Develop And Implement Effective Actuarial Strategies That Drive Business Growth And Profitability.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Actuarial Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Professional Qualifications: Possession Of Relevant Actuarial Qualifications Such As Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa) Or Fellow Of The Casualty Actuarial Society (Fcas) Is Preferred.
