- Research and Identify innovative digital workplace solutions to improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop strategies to enhance the digital workplace.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement digital workplace initiatives, including tools, platforms, and processes.
- Create and maintain user-friendly digital platforms and interfaces for employees.
- Train and support employees on how to effectively use digital workplace tools and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the digital workplace experience.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for digital workplace tools and services.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the digital workplace.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and other resources to support the adoption of digital workplace tools.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the digital workplace.
- Communicate updates and changes related to the digital workplace to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate digital workplace initiatives with employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and make adjustments to the digital workplace experience as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Digital Marketing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Workplace Technologies, Including Collaboration Tools, Mobile Devices, And Cloud-Based Platforms.
Experience Managing And Implementing Digital Workplace Initiatives, Including Change Management And User Adoption Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively Across Departments And With External Stakeholders.
