  1. Develop and implement compliance and quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with company values and industry regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of company operations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  3. Provide guidance and support to all departments and employees on compliance-related matters.
  4. Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates to company policies and procedures as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential compliance risks.
  6. Create and maintain reports and documentation related to compliance and quality assurance efforts.
  7. Serve as a key point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and concerns from stakeholders, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  8. Develop and deliver compliance training and education programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
  9. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits and investigations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance and quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and proactively implement them within the company.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of compliance and quality assurance professionals.
  13. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.
  14. Collaborate with senior leadership to make strategic decisions and provide recommendations on compliance-related matters.
  15. Represent the company in meetings and discussions with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Finance, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Quality Assurance, Or Risk Management Within The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Insurance, As Well As Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Regulatory Requirements To Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance And Quality Assurance Programs, Including Conducting Audits, Identifying And Mitigating Risks, And Providing Recommendations For Improvement.
