  1. Oversee complex excess claims: As the Complex Claims Director, you will be responsible for managing all complex excess claims for American International Group. This includes analyzing and evaluating claims, determining coverage, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  2. Provide strategic direction: You will be expected to provide strategic direction to the claims teams, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and in line with the company's goals and objectives.
