9. Monitor and manage claims costs to ensure they align with established budgets and company goals.
10. Represent AIG in legal proceedings and participate in settlement negotiations, as needed.
11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
12. Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive claims, providing guidance and support to resolve issues and maintain client relationships.
13. Collaborate with other departments within AIG to identify opportunities for cross-selling and promoting additional services to clients.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional growth and development.
15. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies and initiatives.
