We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Claims TPA Governance - Compliance and Contract Manager. As a leader in the insurance industry, we understand the importance of maintaining compliance and strong contractual partnerships. That's why we are looking for a driven individual who can ensure that our third-party administrators (TPAs) adhere to all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. If you have a strong background in compliance and contract management, and are passionate about maintaining high standards of governance, we would love to have you join our team.

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations for third-party administrators (TPAs).
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess TPA compliance with regulations and contracts.
  3. Provide guidance and support to TPAs on compliance and contract-related matters.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  5. Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and make necessary updates to TPA policies and procedures.
  6. Review and negotiate contracts with TPAs to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Create and maintain a database of TPA contracts and ensure all contracts are up to date.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to educate TPAs on compliance and contract management.
  9. Investigate and resolve any compliance or contract-related issues or disputes with TPAs.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on TPA compliance and contract performance.
  11. Continuously assess and improve TPA governance processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TPA compliance and contract management aligns with overall company goals and objectives.
  13. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with TPAs and regulatory agencies.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to TPA governance, compliance, and contract management.
  15. Foster a culture of compliance and strong governance within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Claims Tpa Governance, Compliance, And Contract Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations And Laws.

  • Experience Managing And Overseeing A Team Of Compliance Professionals.
