  1. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of claims data to accurately determine coverage and settlement amounts.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to assess complex claims and provide detailed reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of claims assessment.
  5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet established deadlines.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex claims issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to claims assessment.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  9. Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious claims activities to appropriate parties.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to confidentiality policies and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of departmental goals and strategies.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to claims assessment.
  14. Adhere to company values and promote a positive work culture.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Finance, Or Business Administration.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Evaluate Complex Claims.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Claims Handling, Preferably In A Technical Or Analytical Role.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software And Technology, Including Claims Management Systems And Microsoft Office.
