- Provide administrative support to the claims team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of claim-related documents and reports.
- Communicate with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of claims.
- Monitor and track claims progress, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to obtain necessary information and documents for claims processing.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all claim-related activities.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and escalate any issues to the appropriate parties.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in all claims-related activities.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
