- Oversee and guide a team of claims professionals to ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance claims.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall claims process and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality work.
- Create and maintain a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in claims processing.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and handle complex claims as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve any issues or disputes related to claims.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating team members to maintain a high-performing and skilled team.
- Ensure all claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously review and update claims processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues related to claims.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all claims and related activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Claims Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Regulations, Including State And Federal Laws.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex And Sensitive Situations.
Proficient In Computer Systems And Software Used For Claims Processing And Data Analysis.
