- Manage and analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve claims management and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of claims management initiatives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices to continuously improve claims management processes.
- Investigate and resolve complex claims issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to claims management.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations on claims management strategies.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and techniques for claims management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Claims Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Claims Processing Systems And Practices.
