Claims Analyst - Cyber, Media, & Technology

1. Analyze and process claims related to cyber security, media liability, and technology errors and omissions.
2. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity and extent of claims.
3. Review and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage for claims.
4. Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claims process to gather information and resolve issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and risk managers, to assess potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the cyber and technology landscape to accurately assess and process claims.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and their status.
8. Prepare and present reports on claims activity to management and other stakeholders.
9. Work closely with external vendors and service providers to streamline the claims process and ensure timely resolution.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
12. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the claims process.
13. Handle any other duties or projects related to claims analysis and processing, as assigned by management.
