  1. Oversee Third Party Administrators (TPAs): Monitor and manage TPAs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate claims handling: Review and analyze claims files to ensure timely and accurate handling of claims by TPAs, including proper investigation, evaluation, and settlement.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs: Foster strong relationships with TPAs to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in the claims handling process.
  4. Provide guidance and support: Serve as a point of contact for TPAs to provide guidance and support in claims handling and escalate any issues or concerns to management as needed.
  5. Conduct audits and quality control checks: Conduct regular audits and quality control checks of TPA performance to identify any areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
  6. Monitor claim trends: Analyze claim data and trends to identify potential issues and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer service and reduce costs.
  7. Train and mentor TPA staff: Develop and deliver training programs to TPA staff to ensure consistent and efficient claims handling practices.
  8. Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and organized records of TPA performance, including claims data and audit findings.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of claims.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations related to claims handling and TPA oversight to ensure compliance and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Finance, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Claims Adjusting, Preferably In A Tpa Oversight Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Regulations And Policies, Including State-Specific Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Based On Data And Evidence.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Tpa Partners, And Internal Stakeholders.
