Are you an experienced Claims Adjuster looking for a new opportunity with a global insurance company? American International Group (AIG) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a TPA Claims Adjuster. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling claims from our Third Party Administrator (TPA) partners. - Investigate and evaluate claims from Third Party Administrator partners.
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and liability.
- Negotiate and settle claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim files and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with TPA partners, insureds, and other stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the claims process.
- Utilize technology and systems to efficiently handle and process claims.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in claims handling.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex claims.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge Of Insurance Policies: A Claims Adjuster- Tpa Claims At American International Group Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Insurance Policies, Including Coverage Limits, Exclusions, And Terms And Conditions.
Experience In Claims Management: This Position Requires Previous Experience In Handling Insurance Claims, Ideally In A Third-Party Administrator (Tpa) Setting. Familiarity With Claims Processes, Investigation Techniques, And Negotiation Skills Are Essential.
Communication Skills: A Claims Adjuster- Tpa Claims Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. They Must Also Be Able To Draft Clear And Concise Reports And Documentation.
Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Claims Adjuster- Tpa Claims Involves Reviewing And Analyzing Complex Information, Such As Medical Records And Legal Documents. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Accurately Assess And Determine The Validity Of Claims.
