- Manage all aspects of the Airline & Severe Loss division, including overseeing a team of claims adjusters and ensuring successful resolution of all claims.
- Develop and implement strategies to efficiently and effectively handle complex aviation and severe loss claims.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized and timely solutions.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to ensure the division is equipped to handle emerging risks and challenges.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns from clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the division's operations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on division performance and key metrics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Handle escalated or sensitive claims with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to build a strong and diverse team.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Claims Management, Preferably In The Airline Or Severe Loss Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And External Partners.
