  1. Oversee and manage all claims related to airline and severe loss incidents.
  2. Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of claims to meet client needs.
  3. Utilize strong background in claims management to effectively handle complex and high-value claims.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of the aviation industry and its regulations to accurately assess and manage claims.
  5. Develop and implement efficient and effective claims processes and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and legal, to gather necessary information and documentation for claims.
  7. Communicate with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns related to claims.
  8. Analyze and evaluate claims data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Train and mentor team members on claims processes and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  12. Review and approve settlement offers and negotiate settlements when necessary.
  13. Prepare and present reports on claim status and performance to management.
  14. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve claims management efficiency.
  15. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve claims management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Claims Management Within The Airline Industry, With A Focus On Severe Loss Incidents.

  • Knowledge Of Airline Industry Regulations And Protocols Related To Claims Handling, Including Faa Regulations And International Air Transport Association (Iata) Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Large And Complex Claims, Including Coordinating With Multiple Stakeholders And Negotiating Settlements.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Claims Adjusters, Ensuring Timely And Accurate Resolution Of Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients, Insurance Brokers, And Other External Partners.
