  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of AIG's exposure to natural disasters and other catastrophic events.
  2. Utilize CAT models and other analytical tools to assess and report on potential risks and impacts to the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of risk reports.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Communicate complex risk information to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and external partners.
  6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners, including brokers, underwriters, and reinsurers.
  7. Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of risk exposure.
  8. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management and reporting.
  9. Train and mentor team members on risk management processes and procedures.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Risk Management, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Reporting Or Risk Management Within The Insurance Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cat Risk Modeling And Exposure Analysis

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Risk Information To Senior Management And Stakeholders.
