In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex casualty claims for our clients.   1. Manage and resolve complex casualty claims for clients of American International Group (AIG).
  2. Utilize strong background in claims handling to provide efficient and effective resolution.
  3. Apply deep understanding of insurance policies and procedures to accurately process claims.
  4. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  6. Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to determine liability and coverage.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and exposures for both the company and clients.
  8. Maintain organized and detailed records of all claims and related documentation.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve claims handling processes.
  11. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
  12. Act as a team player and assist colleagues with their workload when needed.
  13. Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues and make decisions in a timely manner.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Handling Casualty Claims For A Similar Company Or In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Regulations Related To Casualty Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Legal Representatives, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Detail-Oriented And Analytical Mindset To Accurately Assess And Evaluate Claims, And Make Sound Decisions.
