Business Analyst/Project Manager

Partner with business stakeholders and IT to analyze, define and document business requirements. Facilitate sign-off of requirements by required stakeholders. Analyze and evaluate options to recommend the most efficient and cost effective solutions to meet business requirements. Participate in project/product development and implementation to ensure the business outcomes are achieved and effective handover for ongoing support is in place. Work on projects with a broad scope, involving multiple systems. Ability to track and manage project risks and issues, including identifying impact and resolution plan. Responsible for delivering to stakeholder requirements and timelines. High sense of ownership and responsibility to all stakeholders to ensure work quality. Develop user acceptance test plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements. Participate in User acceptance testing. Provide project management oversight when needed.
