- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to promote business growth and profitability.
- Communicate regularly with brokers to understand their needs, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to brokers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and initiatives that will enhance broker relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with brokers to update them on AIG's products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential brokers.
- Monitor broker performance and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Act as a liaison between brokers and AIG to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all broker interactions and activities.
- Represent AIG at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with brokers.
- Keep track of competitor activities and provide insights to develop competitive strategies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline broker relationship management processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other Broker Relationship Managers to share best practices and achieve team goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Insurance Industry, Preferably In A Broker Relationship Management Role
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Broker Partners
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Underwriting Guidelines
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth Through Broker Partnerships.
