As the Broker Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive profitable growth and increase market share in the Midwest region.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitable growth and increase market share in the Midwest region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive business development and retention.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Midwest market.
  4. Lead and manage a team of brokers to ensure effective and efficient sales and service delivery.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within AIG to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving business goals.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and tactics.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary action to achieve desired results.
  8. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  9. Represent AIG at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  11. Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams to develop and implement effective risk management solutions for clients.
  12. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of AIG's products and services to effectively promote and sell them to brokers and clients.
  13. Work closely with the regional and global leadership team to support and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on the broker distribution channel and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices.

Job Qualifications
