Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the AVP President of Technology Governance and Compliance. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our technology systems and processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented leader with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management in the technology space.   1. Develop and implement technology governance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Review and assess technology systems and processes to identify any potential compliance risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology initiatives are compliant with company policies and external regulations.
  4. Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to technology governance and compliance.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with policies and procedures.
  6. Create and maintain documentation of technology governance processes and procedures.
  7. Provide guidance and training to employees on technology compliance and risk management.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on technology governance and compliance matters for internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Identify and address any compliance gaps or issues, and develop corrective action plans as needed.
  10. Monitor and report on technology compliance metrics and key performance indicators.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators as needed.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of technology governance and compliance professionals.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve technology governance and compliance processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Communicate and present updates on technology governance and compliance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  15. Foster a culture of compliance and risk management within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Technology Governance And Compliance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards Such As Sox, Cobit, And Gdpr.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Teams In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Technology Governance And Compliance Initiatives.
