- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on real estate and business services laws and regulations in various global markets.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate and business services.
- Advise and support business teams on legal implications and risks associated with real estate and business service transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Monitor and advise on changes in real estate and business services laws and regulations.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes related to real estate and business services.
- Participate in due diligence processes and provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Develop and implement best practices and policies for real estate and business services legal matters.
- Train and mentor junior legal staff on real estate and business services legal matters.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in real estate and business services.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all legal requirements.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization by providing strategic legal guidance and support.
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Practicing Real Estate Law, Preferably Within A Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Global Real Estate Transactions, Including Leases, Acquisitions, And Dispositions.
Experience Providing Legal Counsel To Business Units On A Variety Of Legal Issues, Including Contracts, Compliance, And Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively Across Teams And With Senior Management.
