  1. Conduct legal research and provide guidance on real estate and business services laws and regulations in various global markets.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate and business services.
  3. Advise and support business teams on legal implications and risks associated with real estate and business service transactions.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  5. Monitor and advise on changes in real estate and business services laws and regulations.
  6. Manage and resolve legal disputes related to real estate and business services.
  7. Participate in due diligence processes and provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
  8. Develop and implement best practices and policies for real estate and business services legal matters.
  9. Train and mentor junior legal staff on real estate and business services legal matters.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in real estate and business services.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all legal requirements.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization by providing strategic legal guidance and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Practicing Real Estate Law, Preferably Within A Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Real Estate Transactions, Including Leases, Acquisitions, And Dispositions.

  • Experience Providing Legal Counsel To Business Units On A Variety Of Legal Issues, Including Contracts, Compliance, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively Across Teams And With Senior Management.
