  1. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements for rating processes.
  2. Utilize actuarial knowledge and skills to develop and maintain accurate and efficient rating models.
  3. Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of rate calculations.
  4. Continuously monitor and improve rating processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Communicate rate changes and updates to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in rating processes.
  7. Provide support and guidance to other team members on actuarial concepts and methodologies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform and improve rating processes.
  9. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall company performance.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of rating processes and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as actuarial standards of practice.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the actuarial team and across departments.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for American International Group and uphold the company's values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Actuarial Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Associate Of The Society Of Actuaries (Asa) Or Near Completion Of Asa Exams

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Roles, Preferably In The Insurance Industry

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As R, Python, Or Sas
