  1. Conduct actuarial analysis to support the development, pricing, and profitability of private client insurance products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for product enhancements and pricing strategies.
  3. Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to build and maintain actuarial models and perform risk assessments.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback on actuarial work performed by other team members.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in actuarial analyses.
  8. Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators to track the success of private client insurance products.
  9. Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop underwriting guidelines and ensure appropriate risk selection.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on actuarial principles and procedures.
  11. Communicate actuarial findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Adhere to AIG's code of conduct and ethical standards in all actuarial activities.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry changes and advancements.
  14. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive data and information.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Associate Of The Society Of Actuaries (Asa) Designation Or Equivalent.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Actuarial Experience In The Insurance Industry, Preferably In The Private Client Group.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
