In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our vulnerability analytics program, ensuring the identification and mitigation of cyber threats.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive vulnerability analytics program to identify and mitigate cyber threats.
  2. Lead a team of analysts to conduct vulnerability assessments and prioritize remediation efforts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination in addressing cyber risks.
  4. Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and industry best practices to continuously improve the vulnerability analytics program.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends in cyber attacks.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the effectiveness of the vulnerability analytics program.
  7. Create and present reports on the current state of cyber risks and vulnerability management to senior leadership.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to minimize the impact of cyber attacks on the company and its clients.
  9. Train and educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and the importance of vulnerability analytics.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the vulnerability analytics program and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to cybersecurity.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on vulnerability analytics and cyber risk management for the company.
  13. Develop and maintain incident response plans to effectively respond to cyber attacks.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the vulnerability analytics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Or Cyber Security Analytics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Common Vulnerabilities And Attack Vectors, As Well As The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Vulnerability Data.

  • Experience With Vulnerability Scanning Tools And Vulnerability Management Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
