- Provide Tier 2 technical support for all Apple devices and applications used within the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Apple devices and applications, including hardware and software problems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth functioning and integration of Apple devices and applications.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new Apple devices and software updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Train and educate end-users on the use of Apple devices and applications, as well as best practices for troubleshooting common issues.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest Apple products and technologies to provide efficient support.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides for Apple devices and applications.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for improving the organization's technology infrastructure.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting end-users.
- Continuously assess and improve support processes to enhance the overall user experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Apple products and make recommendations for improving the organization's technology infrastructure.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor related to the position.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Apple Products And Operating Systems, Including Mac Os And Ios.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues.
Experience With Itil Best Practices And Knowledge Of Incident Management And Problem Resolution Processes.
