- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential partners.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Sales Enablement In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Agency Distribution Model And Experience Working With Independent Agents.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Develop Strategic Plans To Drive Sales Growth.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Enablement Initiatives, Including Training Programs, Sales Tools, And Processes.
