  1. Lead the actuarial team for AIG's Lexington Professional Lines business, providing strategic direction and guidance to drive business growth.
  2. Utilize expert knowledge and experience in actuarial science to develop and implement pricing strategies and underwriting guidelines for the Lexington Professional Lines portfolio.
  3. Conduct in-depth actuarial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on key business decisions and initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and finance, to develop and implement comprehensive business plans.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  6. Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners, to drive business growth and enhance AIG's reputation.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform business strategy.
  9. Participate in industry conferences and events to represent AIG and share insights on actuarial science and the Lexington Professional Lines market.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the actuarial function.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Business Decisions.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Roles Within The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Professional Liability Lines.

  • Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa) Or Equivalent Designation.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience And Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With A Team.
