- Conducting day-to-day accounting operations for the North America General Insurance team.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Conducting account reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and analysis.
- Monitoring and tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Assisting in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
- Providing support for internal and external audits.
- Staying updated on accounting principles and practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicating financial information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
- Supporting the team in various ad hoc financial projects as needed.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Accounting, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Principles.
Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Day-To-Day Accounting Operations.
