  1. Plan and execute the 2025 Early Careers Summer Internship program for neurodivergent individuals.
  2. Identify and recruit neurodivergent individuals for the program.
  3. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to develop meaningful projects for interns.
  5. Provide support and guidance to interns throughout the program.
  6. Develop training and resources to help interns succeed in their roles.
  7. Collaborate with HR to ensure appropriate accommodations are provided for neurodivergent interns.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of interns.
  9. Communicate regularly with interns and their managers to address any challenges or concerns.
  10. Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and raise awareness about the benefits of hiring neurodivergent individuals.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to neurodiversity and inclusion.
  12. Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to the program.
  13. Represent the company at events and conferences related to neurodiversity and inclusion.
  14. Serve as a mentor and role model for neurodivergent interns.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for interns who are offered full-time positions.
  16. Maintain accurate records and provide reports on the success of the program.
