Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Resource Planning, Preferably In The Utilities Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Experience With Resource Planning Software And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
