  8. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to resource planning.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks in resource allocation.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall resource management processes.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve resource planning processes and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor team members on resource planning best practices.
  13. Adhere to industry regulations and company policies related to resource planning.
  14. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support resource allocation decisions.
  15. Support the development of long-term resource plans to support AEP's strategic goals.
  16. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to resource allocation, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  17. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective resource acquisition.
  18. Act as a subject matter expert on resource planning, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  19. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective resource planning and allocation.
  20. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource planning strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Resource Planning, Preferably In The Utilities Industry.

  • Experience With Resource Planning Software And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
