
Electric Motor Engineer
Do you have a passion for electric motors and an aptitude for engineering? American Electric Power is looking for an experienced Electric Motor Engineer to join our team and help us provide reliable and efficient power to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and improving electric motors and related power systems.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in motor engineering or related fields. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with a variety of computer software programs. Additionally, you should be a creative thinker and have strong communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with our multi-disciplinary teams.
