
Contract Analyst
Responsible for negotiating and writing contracts for services with outside vendors working in conjunction with business unit personnel. Write deal summary. Shape performance criteria and service levels that match the business requirements and suggest changes to business requirements to increase value. Manages and oversees modifications to existing agreements using various models. Lead moderate to highly-complex negotiation process through strategy development, issue recognition, and escalation of issues. Apply various price models, cost containment models, pricing caps, total cost-of-ownership model, and indices.
Minimum 4 years of related contract and/or supply chain experience
Ability to work in fast paced and collaborative environment
Ability to execute change management throughout the sourcing process.
