Job Description

As the Store Manager of American Eagle Outfitters, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and engaging your team to ensure that our store delivers an exceptional customer experience. You have a passion for customer service and inspiring others to do the same. In addition to motivating and developing your team, you will ensure that the store meets all operational and financial objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of retail experience, preferably in a store leadership role. You must also have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be a strong leader who can provide guidance and training to your team and create a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused store environment. Responsibilities: • Lead, inspire, and engage team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience • Motivate and develop team members • Ensure the store meets all operational and financial objectives • Provide guidance and training to team members • Create a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused store environment • Monitor team performance and provide feedback • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Maintain store merchandising and visual standards • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
