Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the store team to ensure high standards of customer service and promote a culture of excellence.
  2. Set sales goals and monitor performance to ensure store objectives are met.
  3. Monitor and review inventory levels and replenish as needed.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  6. Manage staff schedules and ensure sufficient coverage at all times.
  7. Establish and maintain a positive work environment.
  8. Manage all operational aspects of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  9. Analyze and review store performance data.
  10. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
