Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking an experienced, motivated Store Manager to join our team and lead our store to success. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and creating an inviting, customer-focused environment. To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a passion for customer service. Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations, overseeing all sales, customer service, and operational functions

• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and develop strategies to increase sales

• Recruit, train, and manage store personnel

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock to meet customer needs

• Monitor store safety and security procedures

• Develop and implement customer service initiatives

• Implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Create weekly and monthly reports

• Maintain store records and financial reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
