Stock Associate

As an American Eagle Outfitters Stock Associate, you will be an integral part of the store team. You will be responsible for the organization, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise in the store’s sales floor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and fashion, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Receive and unpack merchandise shipments and ensure accuracy of received inventory. • Count, sort, organize, and store merchandise in appropriate areas. • Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with merchandise. • Keep the sales floor clean and organized. • Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering product questions. • Follow company guidelines with regard to customer service, safety, and loss prevention. • Assist in maintaining store displays and signage. • Assist in performing inventories and other store operations as needed. • Follow all company policies and procedures.
