Stock Associate

We are looking for a hardworking and customer service-oriented Stock Associate to join the American Eagle Outfitters team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have attention to detail, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you should be committed to providing excellent customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments and verify accuracy of received items.
2. Track inventory and restock shelves as necessary.
3. Assist customers in finding products and provide product knowledge.
4. Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
5. Assist with store merchandising and maintain a neat and organized store.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
7. Handle cash, credit, and check transactions in an accurate manner.
8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling merchandise.
9. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude with customers and coworkers.
10. Participate in team meetings and store events.
