Stock Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with any inquiries or requests related to product availability, sizing, and styling.
2. Unload pallets, verify shipment accuracy, and transfer merchandise to the sales floor.
3. Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and sales floor.
4. Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
5. Process damages, returns, and exchange requests.
6. Assist in setting up displays and restocking shelves.
7. Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols.
8. Utilize POS system to complete transactions.
9. Contribute to a positive team environment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
