Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service • Organize merchandise in a neat and orderly manner • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments • Stock shelves, racks, and counters with merchandise • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store • Maintain accurate inventory and restock merchandise as needed • Assist customers in locating items and answering questions • Assist with the maintenance of store displays • Suggest items to customers based on their needs and interests • Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner • Follow all applicable safety and security policies
