
Senior HR Business Partner
American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior HR Business Partner to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives for our retail stores, and partnering closely with store leaders and regional HR teams to create a positive and engaging work environment for our employees. To be successful in this position, you must have a demonstrated track record of success in retail HR, experience developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives, and strong communication and organizational skills. You must also understand the importance of creating a culture and work environment that reflects our core values and encourages our employees to be their best. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with American Eagle Outfitters' core values and mission.
- Partner closely with store leaders and regional HR teams to ensure a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, regional HR teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze and review current HR practices and policies, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and track employee engagement and motivation, and develop strategies to increase engagement.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a resolution that is satisfactory to all parties involved.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide HR consultation and advice to store leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a resource and mentor for junior HR team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to support the growth and success of the business.
