
Sales Leader
American Eagle Outfitters is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Leader to join our team! We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and take initiative with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and success. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a sales team, setting and achieving targets, and developing strategies for increasing sales.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. You should also have an intimate understanding of current sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.If you are passionate about sales and have the drive to make an impact on our team, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve desired results.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.

- Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the management team on sales and customer service issues.
- Make recommendations for improvement in areas of sales, operations, and customer service.
- Administer performance reviews and disciplinary action when needed.
- Train and develop sales team members to increase their knowledge and skills.
