Sales Leader

4. Lead by example and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers.
7. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and improve profitability.
8. Create and implement promotional activities to drive sales.
9. Monitor store budget and control expenses.
10. Facilitate communication between staff, store management, and corporate headquarters.
