Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a passionate Sales Leader to join our team and be an integral part of our success. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to lead our sales team and help drive our store to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams, and will be a strong communicator with the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sales, then we want to hear from you!Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a sales team in a retail environment• Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement successful sales strategies to maximize store performance • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve their goals • Monitor store performance and implement changes when needed • Train, coach and mentor sales team members • Monitor customer service standards and ensure they are met • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels • Create and manage budgets for sales team and store • Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategies • Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
