Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team and creating a top-notch customer experience. You will be the go-to person for customer inquiries and will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals. To be successful in this position, you must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead a team. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a high-performing sales team and ensure team members are meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  2. Lead team members in providing a top-notch customer experience.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data and adjust team strategy accordingly.
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  6. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are up to date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  7. Set clear goals and objectives for team members and provide feedback on performance.
  8. Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
