Job Description

American Eagle Outfitter is on the lookout for a Sales Leader to join our team! We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and operations, and is eager to contribute to our company's success. This role requires a combination of both excellent leadership skills and strong sales acumen. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales results, and meet company goals.Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of retail sales and/or operational leadership experience • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals • Outstanding customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills • Proven success in successfully managing change

Responsibilities of a Sales Leader:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales results, and meet company goals.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
  3. Monitor team performance, provide feedback and recognition, and take corrective action when necessary.
  4. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Coach and mentor sales team members to ensure their success.
  6. Develop and manage customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  7. Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Manage store operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  10. Develop and implement store marketing plans to increase sales.
