Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with customers. You should also have prior retail experience, be knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and be able to offer suggestions that meet customers’ needs. Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, assess their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and the American Eagle Outfitters product line
  • Assist customers in finding the right items that meet their needs and desires
  • Maintain the store’s visual standards and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
  • Offer suggestions for styling and accessorizing items
  • Process sales transactions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customers have a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
