American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandising Team Leader to join our team. As a Merchandising Team Leader at American Eagle Outfitters, you will be responsible for leading our team to success while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the team to success while providing excellent customer service.
  2. Demonstrate and model exceptional customer service.
  3. Ensure store's compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Set and maintain high merchandising standards within the store.
  5. Oversee staff to ensure they are meeting all store goals and objectives.
  6. Train and develop staff to ensure they are performing to the highest standards.
  7. Monitor sales performance and create strategies to maximize sales.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and latest products.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and adjust according to customer demand.
  10. Analyze customer feedback and develop plans to enhance customer experience.
