Merchandise Processor

Responsibilities:

• Process merchandise in a timely and accurate manner according to company standards

• Ensure that all orders are shipped and received correctly

• Maintain organized records of all order shipments and arrivals

• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Work with management to resolve customer complaints

• Manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment

• Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

• Assist in creating and maintaining an efficient and organized work environment

• Utilize basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes

• Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills

• Remain flexible in order to meet changing customer demands and expectations

• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
